Avoid heating up your kitchen on hot days. Make cool dishes like pasta salads or sandwiches, or barbeque outside.

Men love to be in charge of the barbeque, (all that raw meat and fire)--so let them have their way while you sip on some lemonade.

Happy Independence Day to everyone in the USA!

Well, that's certainly my plan. Burgers on the grill. Have at it, Stanley.

Have a great Fourth of July. Stay safe (especially, Tank).

Angela: BBQ is one of those things I'd be willing to rent a man. The rest of the time, they're too much trouble. LOL.

Jackie: After what we've been through, staying home was our favorite place to be. We ate at home and spoiled the dogs.

Again, as my mum used to say, never leave a room empty handed.

Mike: Your mom was a smart lady. I've learned to do that myself. Saves loads of time.
